"After conducting our own research we decided on Bulgaria as our choice to purchase an overseas property as a long term investment. We contacted Foreign Property via an advert in the Glasgow Herald. We were provided with information on the properties available and our follow up questions were answered promptly. At no time was there any attempt to push us into a decision. Originally we reserved an apartment in one of the Sunny Beach complexes but after doing more research we felt that one of the bungalows at the Salt Lake Country Club would provide a better long term return. We approached Foreign Property and we were able to upgrade to the bungalow with no additional administration costs. The buying process was clearly explained along with timescales but it has to be borne in mind that timescales can slip due to adverse weather conditions as with new builds in the UK.
